This diploma thesis deals with the development of business activities of the company JPL kovo s.r.o., with the focus on strengthening its current position in the machinery market. The theoretical part summarizes knowledge from the areas of management, marketing, and business activities, and it also presents selected analytical methods. The analytical part looks at the current situation of the company through its internal and external environment. The last part provides recommendations leading to the development of the company and its business activities.

Development of Company´s Business Activities on a Foreign Market

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of business activities of the company HomeGym s.r.o. on a foreign market. Diploma is situated in four parts. The introductory part deals with the definition of the issue, the determination of the main and partial objectives, the processing process and the methodology used. The next part is theoretical, where the terms related to the issue are defined. The practical part follows, which is divided into an analytical part and own solutions. The analysis of the current state of the company is contained in the analytical part, which is followed by their own solutions and their contribution to the development of the company's business activities in foreign markets.

Suggested steps are applied to the company Nutribank s.r.o. according to results of the analysis of the current situation, there were created certain steps, that will provide the company with a plan for evolving their business activities and also supporting their position in the Czech market

Diploma Thesis evaluates levels of management in the OHL ZS, a.s. company with respect to their employees´ age and abilities. It analyzes the current state of the organization and its environment in relation to a selected group of workers (50+). External and internal environment of the construction company and access of its strategy is evaluated in the area of Age Management. Research is performed through a questionnaire survey among employees. On the basis of learned and analyzed information the overall evaluation of the state of AM in the organization is brought to effect and then a solution is suggested and some possible changes are recommended. The aim is to propose possible measures to strengthen the level of Age Management in this company.

The master’s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for an educational agency and the main task of this thesis is to assess whether to implement the plan or not. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. In the second part, the author analyses the external and internal environment of the company. In the third, the proposal part, contains the business plan with all its components.

Financial Plannnig of Manufacturing Company

This diploma thesis deals with the financial planning in a manufacturing company. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses the issue of creating a financial plan. The practical part is an analysis of external and internal factors that affect the functioning of the company. Based on that, an assessment of the current state of the company has been performed and a draft of the financial plan prepared in two options. At the end of the diploma thesis, the assessment and comparison of both variants of the financial plan have been laid out.
